The sunrise and a finished project

What a beautiful day!!! For some unknown reason I woke up at 5 o'clock today! I'm not a morning person, so I'm sure in a few hours I'll walk around like a zombie. But that's OK, because I got to see the sun rising, and it was wonderful!! Unfortunately, I didn't have my good camera around. Mr G. was still sleeping and I didn't want to wake him up. So, I settled for Sophie (my compact camera). Here is what I saw :)

Yes, yes I used a little help to make this photo like this. I just can't help myself. I love this retro kind of feeling in photos.

Let me show you my new scarf, which I finished last night. The pattern is Chinook Scarf by Ali Green. It's a nice and easy to follow pattern. Although, my luck of concentration made me rip this scarf off three times... hmmm... The yarn is Lana Grosa Lace Lux. I used the whole skein. 310 m. Now, I just have to wash and block it and it's ready!! I haven't dane lace before but I'm happy with the result :)
